Alison's Soma Yoga classes gently combine traditional yoga principles and somatic movement to help untangle subconscious habits, invite healing, and increase resilience.

Hot Yoga

In our heated studio, safely dive deeper into pose and wake up new possibilities.

The heat will allow you to move through your practice in profound ways. Focusing on strength, alignment, and flexibility.

VinYin

50/50 Vinyasa/Yin Work out the left over energy from the day before settling down and moving through deep reflective stretches. The perfect balance to end the day.

Private Event

We will bring the mats, music, and moves to your bnb for your time here in Fredericksburg, Texas. Perfect for girls weekends, wedding day jitters, or corporate outings.

One on One Class

These sessions have been created for those that want to start making yoga a part of their life, but hesitant to join a class. Working together in a one on one setting will cover the basic poses, learn alignment, tailor the pose modifications, and gain confidence to join the public classes offered. This is the stepping stone to the big picture of integrating movement into your life.
